Our
philosophy

A Nishijin textile craft worker founded Mitsufuji as a Nishijin textile factory. We initially produced and treated the textile, but from 1992, we began working on the development, manufacture and sale of silver-metalized fiber "AGposs®". Today, using the technology we have developed up to date, we are expanding our business and entering the IoT industry centering on fibers such as hamon®.

As a company located in Kyoto where the old city with many traditions, not only we aren’t
affected by trends, but we keep seeking to provide real value to our customers.

Qualifications
Required
A bachelor's degree or more.
Minimum five years of business experience
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred
Management experience as a team leader regardless a company’s size
Able to plan to get best performance in a strategical way
